FAQ

Do you Travel?

A.Travel is included in all Lifestyle sessions on the Sunshine Coast. For events that require more than 1 location, this will be discussed during booking.

How many photos do we get?

A.Each session type has a select amount of photos that are included. Once receiving your gallery, if you are wanting to purchase additional photos in addition to what is included, this is possible.

How do we get our photos?

A.After your session, you will receive a link to a private online gallery where you will be provided 6 images to preview what the remainder of the gallery will look like. Once the gallery is finalised, I will send you another link to your private gallery where you will then select your favorite photos. Your private online gallery will be password protected, and will require a pin to download the images. Once you have been provided with the download pin, you will then be able to share the link to your family and friends.

Do you retouch photos?

A.All images will be professionally edited in the same style that is showcased in my website, and on my social media accounts.
Unedited and RAW images will not be provided under any circumstances. Images that are not edited are not a true reflection of my work and are considered 'unfinished' and therefore, are not for sale and will not be provided.

Whats your turn around time?

A.A sneak peak will be provided via a private online gallery within 48 hours of your session, with the remainder being provided within 2 weeks of your session.

Can you help us with planning?

A.Most definitely! Please get in touch with any questions you may have, and we are more than happy to help you or guide you wherever possible.

How far out do you book?

A.Times and dates can book fast, and are very unpredictable. I suggest booking in and securing your date as early as possible.

What should we wear?

A.I know everyone loves a nice white shirt and blue jeans, and sure, it does look great. But
when it comes to the final product of editing your photographs, coordinating the colors
that your families wear will turn out much more aesthetically pleasing.
Your photos should look timeless and classic, so start with one or two neutral shades
(think white, cream, gray, beige), and then add some pops of color. Consider:
• the session location - you don't want to blend into the background
• the season - deeper hues for autumn/winter, lighter colours for spring/summer
• your decor - your wall art should fit the room where it is displayed
Start your planning process with an outfit that Mum feels fabulous in, and then build the
outfits of the rest of the family around that. Above all, choose outfits that are
comfortable and will allow you the freedom to move and play.

Try avoiding;
• Neon colors
• Logos, words or characters on shirts
• More than 1 busy pattern
• Athletic runners and ballcaps
• Too tight or too baggy fits

Encouraged;
• Earthy, muted colors
• Solid colors
• One outfit with a pattern
• Boots, sandals and sneakers
• Comfortable fits
